Senior Payroll Specialist

 

Description:

We are looking for you who have 5+ years of full-time experience from a similar position as well as experience with payroll within international companies. You are able to work independently being part of a team in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, confidentiality, teamwork and customer service are key. You are comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, and communicate well both verbally and in writing. You hold strong proficiency in managing a transactional based payroll and are able to seamlessly transition between manual and semi-automated processes.

We are also looking for the following in a candidate:

  • Experience in global stakeholder management.
  • A keen eye for detail to identify discrepancies and correct errors promptly.
  • A high-level in accuracy with solid analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in global payroll is essential, experience in APAC payroll operations in particular.
  • Solid knowledge of local compliance and government institutions’ interfaces.
  • Appetite for taking the lead on internal payroll projects e.g. defining and mapping out payroll processes, etc. to carry out successful implementation and operation.
  • Experience in Absence Management and experience with local compliance is a preference.
  • Ability to work independently and resourcefully.
