Hiring: Senior Pensions and Projects Administrator
London, UK (Hybrid & Flexible Working)
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Pensions and Projects Administrator to join their pensions team and support the delivery of high-quality pension administration and projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage complex day-to-day pensions administration across Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes
- Perform and review benefit calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed SLAs
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, acting as a subject matter expert
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pensions legislation and identify process or communication improvements
- Support and deliver pensions projects, including pension increases, benefit statements, newsletters, and member presentations or one-to-one sessions
- Handle member queries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Support colleagues during peak periods, projects, or absences to ensure continuity of service
Skills and experience required:
- Strong technical pensions knowledge with extensive DB and DC administration experience
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience
- High attention to detail, strong numeracy skills, and confidence working independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
