Description:

Frontier Economics, a leading economics consultancy with over 500 staff across nine European offices, is seeking a Senior Personal Assistant to provide maternity cover for 12–18 months. The firm specializes in applying economic analysis to major policy and business challenges, serving governments, businesses, and institutions across Europe. The Senior PA will support Directors and Associate Directors within the Practice Coordination Team (PCT), a group of 25+ Executive, Personal, and Team Assistants. The role is vital in ensuring seamless coordination and professional administrative support, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex diaries for Directors, ensuring efficient use of time.

  • Organize and participate in high-level project and senior management meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-ups.

  • Assist Directors in completing internal management tasks and ensure progress tracking.

  • Prepare and process project invoices with precision.

  • Oversee travel arrangements and manage expenses for senior staff.

  • Edit, format, and proofread reports, documents, and presentations.

  • Coordinate logistics and participate in large-scale events, meetings, and away days.

  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider team as needed.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a PA or EA in professional services, financial institutions, public sector, or similar environments.

  • Strong self-motivation and proactive attitude toward task management.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Flexible team player with a collaborative spirit and a professional approach.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.

  • Confident and effective communicator, both written and verbal.

  • Skilled in building positive working relationships across teams and departments.
