Description:
I am looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join a growing team as the go-to expert for all things Power Platform. This is a hands-on role where you'll own the full development lifecycle - from engaging with stakeholders to building scalable solutions and providing ongoing support. This role is 80 % project work, and 20 % support.
**You MUST have extensive hands - on experience with Model Driven Apps specifically**
🛠️ What You'll Be Doing:
- Designing, building, and supporting applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Automating business processes and improving existing workflows.
- Administering and maintaining Power Platform environments across development, test, and production.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Providing technical support related to the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Creating and maintaining clear, thorough documentation (a critical part of the role!).
- Building occasional custom components using C#.NET and JavaScript for more complex business needs.
- Managing access, roles, and data policies across Power Platform apps.
- Promoting the Power Platform internally and driving adoption across teams.
- Supporting training and onboarding in collaboration with L&D.
- Extensive hands-on experience in developing Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proven track record of building multiple Model-Driven Apps from scratch, including:
- Designing Dataverse schema (tables, relationships, business rules)
- Creating custom forms, views, and dashboards
- Implementing business process flows and automation
- 4 + years experience in Model-Driven App development
- Strong understanding of security roles, user access control, and integration with other Power Platform components.

- Basic experience with C#.NET for plugin or API development.

- A collaborative mindset with experience working across IT and business functions.

- Candidates should have owned the full development lifecycle for substantial Power Platform apps - from gathering requirements through to deployment and post-go-live support.
