Specsavers is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to become an Audiology Partner in the Falmouth store. This joint venture partnership offers the opportunity to co-own and run an existing audiology business with an established customer base and clinical support team. The Partner will lead day-to-day operations, deliver clinical excellence, and drive business growth while benefiting from a guaranteed salary and shared profits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and grow your own audiology team.

• Maintain high standards of clinical and retail excellence.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the audiology business.

• Provide exceptional customer care and community service.

• Make critical decisions to drive business performance.

• Continue to nurture and expand an existing patient database.

• Collaborate with Specsavers support teams and in-store partners.

Qualifications:

• HCPC registration as an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser.

• Right to work in the UK.

• Strong clinical competence and commitment to high standards.

• Ability to combine clinical expertise with commercial decision-making.
