Senior Product Manager

Description:

Click House is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager, Security to define and execute the strategy for security-focused products and features. You will collaborate across engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver robust, reliable, and secure products that meet the evolving needs of customers. You will act as the subject matter expert for security, driving product vision, managing the product roadmap, and ensuring high standards in delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and evangelize the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for security features and products.

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to guide product decisions.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality secure products.

• Translate complex security requirements into product specifications and user stories.

• Prioritize product backlog and manage trade-offs to optimize business value and customer satisfaction.

• Drive product launch activities, including go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and user documentation.

• Monitor product performance, gather insights, and iterate features based on data and user feedback.

• Provide guidance on security to various stakeholders within the organization.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience with database security principles, networking, and identity/access management.

• Strong program management skills including planning, execution, and risk management.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or MBA.

• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+).

• Experience with agile development and cloud security platforms.
