Requirements:
- Experience developing and articulating a compelling product vision that aligns with the overall client business strategy.
- Experience in defining product goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ability to identify opportunities and challenges, both inside and outside of the delivery team.
- Experience in working in Agile frameworks and delivery cycles, and breaking down products and requirements to align to delivery
- Experience leading Hybrid-working projects
- A proactive mindset when resolving issues and preventing potential problems.
- Able to drive positive communication into the delivery team; balancing the sprint-to-sprint goals as well as the overall “big picture” product goals
- The ability to arrange and optimise product backlog through breakdown of features, deliverables, product phasing etc
- Ability to collaborate with other Delivery Managers, Business Analysts and the wider delivery team on-client
- Ability to contribute to communities of practice both on-client and within TDS
