Senior Programmatic Executive

 

Description:

MG OMD, part of Omnicom Media Group UK, is seeking an experienced and data-driven Senior Programmatic Executive to join their growing Newcastle team. This is a unique opportunity to work across prestigious client accounts including Specsavers, Apple, British Airways, and John Lewis & Partners, among others.

As a Senior Programmatic Executive, you will be responsible for the execution and optimization of programmatic and direct IO campaigns using industry-leading tools like DV360, Google Campaign Manager, and The Trade Desk. You’ll collaborate with a Programmatic Account Director to craft and implement integrated digital strategies and support junior team members in campaign delivery and performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize programmatic campaigns across multiple demand-side platforms (DSPs).

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop best-in-class digital marketing strategies.

  • Leverage data and analytics to assess campaign performance and implement improvements.

  • Deliver timely and accurate campaign reports to both internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Work on a diverse portfolio of clients in various industries, offering exposure to broad strategic goals.

  • Contribute to innovation within the team, exploring emerging tools and programmatic technologies.

  • Mentor and support junior colleagues with campaign execution and career development.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in programmatic advertising, preferably in an agency environment.

  • Hands-on knowledge of DV360, Google Campaign Manager, and/or The Trade Desk.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

  • Passion for innovation and keeping up with digital advertising trends.


Work Environment & Benefits:

  • Hybrid working model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
