This newly created role is ideal for a dynamic and proactive professional who excels in managing complex installations from conception to completion within a cutting-edge technology environment.

The Senior Project Manager will take full ownership of project lifecycles, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with customers to design innovative solutions, mitigate risks, and manage resources effectively, while building and coaching dedicated project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple concurrent projects ranging from £500k to £15m, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.

• Identify and assess project risks early, including long lead items, complex designs, and resource constraints.

• Build, lead, and mentor project teams to navigate milestones and resolve challenges.

• Develop creative and practical solutions in collaboration with clients for complex project issues.

• Ensure full understanding and compliance with contractual terms agreed with customers.

• Act as the main customer contact, providing exceptional client management and communication.

• Maintain rigorous focus on cost control and project efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record in delivering high-value automation and materials handling projects.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Commercially astute with expertise in time and cost management.

• Qualified to at least HND level in engineering (or equivalent experience).

• Self-motivated, confident, and able to thrive in a technology-driven environment.
