An exciting opportunity to join a growing team, reporting directly to the Professional Services Director. As Senior Project Manager WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) you will lead projects from concept lock through to successful delivery and support handover, ensuring our customers’ expectations and needs are met, and costs and timelines are maintained and controlled.

What a Day In Life Of Looks Like

• Lead the professional and technical delivery of IT software projects across all phases, including design, adaptation, validation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with customers to create functional specifications and act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
• Provide technical leadership to project teams, ensuring risks and dependencies are identified, managed, and resolved effectively.
• Support sales and estimation processes by contributing technical expertise and product knowledge.
• Monitor and report on project progress against timelines, cost, quality, and success criteria, while overseeing billing processes in NetSuite.
• Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers, to maintain governance, confidence, and project momentum.

What You Bring To The Team

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Understanding of supply chain and logistics operations, with experience in these industries being an advantage.
• Familiarity with programming languages and databases, with a technical mindset to support project delivery.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally.
• Analytical thinker with a clear grasp of how decisions impact business outcomes; able to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
• Self-driven and enthusiastic, with the ability to work independently and a strong understanding of the full project life cycle.
