Location: London

The Role

You will join a collaborative London-based team, working across a wide range of projects including: Leisure, Residential, Hotels, Heritage, Arts & Culture etc.

The role offers involvement across the full project lifecycle, from early-stage planning through to delivery. You'll take on a client-facing position, supporting and leading on key aspects of project delivery including:

• Pre- and post-contract project management
• Stakeholder and design team coordination
• Programme and risk management
• Contract administration (JCT / NEC)

About You

• Minimum 4+ years' experience within a construction consultancy environment
• Strong understanding of project delivery and construction processes
• Experience working with JCT and/or NEC contracts
• Confident communicator with client-facing experience
• Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
