Senior Quantity Surveyor

Description:

You will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects relating to the projects, whilst achieving the highest standards ensuring the company's strong reputation is maintained.
 

• GCSE’s Minimum 7 A-C / 5-9 including Maths and English.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• General Knowledge of contractual terms within construction.
• Excellent PC skills, in particular excel.
• Strong mathematical ability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Skilled at gathering and interpreting data and information.
• Ability to produce a range of cost value reports
