I’m recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading international engineering and project management consultancy.

The role will involve leading cost management commissions from inception through to completion, covering cost planning, forecasting, procurement, tendering, contract administration, valuations, change control and final accounts.

Key requirements:
✅ Strong Quantity Surveying / Cost Management experience.
✅ Strong knowledge of JCT & NEC contracts.
✅ Degree qualified with MRICS.
✅ Experience managing fees, resources, forecasts, scope and cash flow.
