11 Investments, a collective of eight specialist recruitment brands, is seeking a Principal or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their high-performing team in Soho, London, focusing on the Tech Sales sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a network of relevant clients and candidates in the Marketing and Tech Sales industries.

• Consistently develop new and existing client relationships, proactively increasing market share.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement.

• Act as a mentor and role model for junior staff, demonstrating company values and best practices.

• Provide thought leadership and understand how to connect daily activities with outcomes.

• Support management with training initiatives, stepping in when needed.

• Promote the 11 Investments brand and contribute to team targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Successful track record as a 360 recruiter in an agency setting.

• Strong communicator with the ability to match candidates and clients effectively.
