This role provides a strategic pathway to Associate Director level, offering the opportunity to shape a high-potential market, manage senior-level client relationships, and mentor a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and expand the Accounting & Finance recruitment division in the London office.

• Develop and nurture client relationships, strengthening long-term partnerships.
