Your primary focus will be to engage with key stakeholders, proactively strengthen our agency partnerships and drive trusted, long‑term relationships. This opportunity will suit someone naturally inquisitive and passionate about leading in the Senior Finance space. Your ability to competitively negotiate terms of business and act as a leadership partner will be instrumental in establishing yourself as a market expert.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or above, with a proven track record in business development and recruitment
• Drive, ambition and resilience to navigate the highs and lows of a competitive market
• A collaborative mindset and passion for achieving both individual and team goals
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trusted relationships with colleagues, directors, candidates and clients
• A desire to support the development of others and contribute to a growing, high‑performing team
