Description:
Adobe is seeking a Senior Renewals Manager to lead the Enterprise Renewals team for UKI & MEA, driving growth and retention for their Digital Experience business. This leadership role involves managing Renewal Sales Specialists, developing strategic approaches to retain and expand enterprise customers, and ensuring team-wide quota attainment and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive the success of the Enterprise Renewals team, including growth, mentoring, and training.
Build and operationalize strategies to retain customers, increase satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities.
Meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals for the inside sales renewals team.
Hire, mentor, and train team members to improve efficiency and capabilities.
Direct day-to-day team activities to meet sales quotas and management objectives.
Maintain operational processes around pipeline management and opportunities to maximize team performance.
Provide detailed activity reports, forecasting, and verbal feedback to sales management.
Collaborate with Marketing, Client Success, and Product Management teams to develop campaigns and provide feedback.
Required Skills & Expertise:
Strong customer-facing, presentation, and executive communication skills.
Proven ability to establish and cultivate relationships with enterprise customers to grow revenue.
Demonstrated people management and business leadership experience.
Experience handling large, complex enterprise accounts.
Willingness to travel 10–25% as needed.
