Senior Researcher In Classical Education

Description:

The Faculty of Classics invites applications for a 5-year fixed-term Senior Researcher in Classical Education. The appointee will be employed by the Faculty of Classics.

Reporting to the Faculty Board Chair in the Faculty of Classics, and the Chief Executive Officer for Classics for All, the post holder is the senior member of the Outreach Team providing leadership, and the day-to-day line management of the Outreach Officer. As well as being responsible for their own research within the discrete area of Classical Education, the appointee will also act as the Oxford University Classics Network Co-ordinator, an exciting new role funded by the University of Oxford and the charity Classics for All (CfA).
