Brio Retirement Living, part of the UK's leading Social Enterprise Places for People, is seeking a Senior Retirement Living Advisor to lead and manage the property sales and rental programme at their Stow-On-The-Wold community. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to deliver a first-class customer experience, supporting older adults in finding the right homes to enhance their lifestyle and well-being.

As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will act as a trusted personal advisor, engaging with potential customers from first enquiry to completion. You will actively follow up leads, nurture client relationships, and implement key lead generation strategies in collaboration with the Sales Manager to enhance community engagement. Your role will also involve database management using Salesforce CRM, ensuring consistent communication and conversion of prospects into happy residents.

This position requires a strong commitment to community values, safeguarding practices, and delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining compliance with safety and data protection standards. A basic DBS check is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively lead and manage property sales and rental programmes.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, guiding clients from initial enquiry to completion.

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive community engagement.

• Manage and nurture leads using Salesforce CRM.

• Liaise with Sales Manager to meet sales and performance targets.

• Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and promote a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven commercial sales experience.

• Customer Service background is essential.

• Knowledge of the New Homes sector preferred.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
