We are seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager who is passionate about fashion, understands buyers’ needs, and has a proven track record of growing existing accounts while opening new ones. This role requires someone who can transform catwalk insights into commercially viable ranges, build lasting partnerships with key retail players, and drive business growth season after season.


Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of UK fashion accounts with clear quarterly sales, margin, and sell-through targets.

  • Prospect and convert new business opportunities across high street retailers, supermarkets, and e-commerce platforms.

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with Buyers and Merchandisers, becoming their go-to partner for innovation, value, and speed to market.

  • Lead showroom presentations and range showings, collaborating closely with Design and Technical teams.

  • Play a key role in identifying, securing, and setting up a London-based showroom.

  • Negotiate costings, terms, and minimum order quantities (MOQ) while managing forecasts and open-to-buy (OTB) discussions.

  • Oversee the critical path process to ensure on-time deliveries and product launches.

  • Monitor weekly performance, analyzing sell-through and returns data to optimize repeats, maximize in-season wins, and reduce risks.

  • Represent the business in customer meetings, trade shows, and showroom events; regular UK travel required.


Person Specification

  • Strong background as a supplier or wholesale account manager within the UK fashion industry.

  • Proven ability to open new doors and grow accounts in fashion retail.

  • Confident in negotiation and building profitable partnerships.

  • Deep product knowledge across fashion and performance apparel – fabrics, fit, function, and value.

  • Data-literate and commercially minded, with experience in forecasting, sales analysis, and critical path management.

  • Polished communicator and presenter, able to build long-term client relationships in a fast-paced, design-led environment.
