Description:
A global, market-leading legal and compliance software company is expanding its UK & Ireland team and is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business and growth across the financial services and FinTech sectors. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with strong experience selling legal, compliance, or AI-driven solutions to senior legal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business by selling a portfolio of award-winning legal and compliance software solutions, including AI-powered offerings.
Target General Counsel and in-house legal teams within the financial services and banking industries.
Collaborate with account managers to cross-sell and upsell services within existing accounts.
Leverage SDR (Sales Development Representative) support to build new opportunities within identified prospects.
Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, focusing on large enterprise opportunities.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, leveraging accelerators for over-performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
A proven sales professional with legaltech / compliance SaaS sales experience.
Strong understanding of the challenges faced by financial institutions in risk, AML, and KYC compliance.
Ability to engage, influence, and close high-value enterprise-level deals with senior stakeholders.
Confident and skilled communicator with exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities.
Motivated by a high-performance culture and excited about working in a rapidly growing business.
Exposure to AI-based software solutions will be a significant advantage.
What’s On Offer:
Competitive base salary of £80,000 – £85,000 per year.
Uncapped OTE of £80,000+, with accelerator bonuses once targets are surpassed.
