Senior Software Engineer

Description:

We are specialist in the delivery, improvement and support of our full end to end Cloud retail solutions. Our company is created mainly to help retailers decrease discounting, encourage loyalty as well as control costs. We work directly with suppliers, retailers and manufacturers. The platform we provide is a finished omnichannel result underlined by our cloud-based till and stock running systems, Cloud POS, which combines with our approachable ecommerce platform. We don't only provide Software Products, but we also provide ongoing assistance by a team that is in house who come from different sectors we work closely with. We also offer Digital marketing service, like Google Shopping Campaigns, Email Automation, Email newsletters and successful Design Services designed by our very own design team based in our Manchester Office.

Responsibilities
 

• Creating industry prominent solutions with team members
• Build Software that is fully tested and holds to our code review expectations
• Help junior members of the team to develop themselves and learn by providing support and assisting when needed
• Contribute in team meetings, sprint meetings and daily standups
• Work directly with your team members as well as other development teams such as QA engineers, projects and product managers.
• Making sure all the work follows company protocol and is correctly managed through our Jira problem management system
• Interest for best practices, have passion to provide the best results

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of .NET & C#
• Some knowledge of JavaScript
• Any experience with Azure or Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of Typescript, Html or Css
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Can work in a team as well as individually
