Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the company’s message streaming platform, ensuring its scalability, efficiency, and resilience.

• Own all aspects of RabbitMQ performance and infrastructure, being the go-to subject matter expert across teams.

• Troubleshoot and resolve high-impact issues, especially during peak operations—some on-call duty required.

• Collaborate with a high-performance engineering team to enhance system reliability and evolve over 1000+ integrated services.

• Identify architectural bottlenecks and implement solutions that modernize and streamline messaging processes.

• Work hands-on with Java-based services, ideally using the Spring framework, in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Deep hands-on RabbitMQ expertise in production systems.

• Strong Java programming experience; Spring framework is preferred.

• Proven success in managing and optimizing distributed systems in high-throughput environments.

• Ability to take full ownership and accountability for a business-critical message streaming environment.

• Solid understanding of AWS cloud services and distributed system principles.
