SAP, a global leader in enterprise software solutions, is hiring a Senior Solution Architect specializing in Customer Experience (CX) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to be based in London on a hybrid working model. This strategic role is crucial in shaping and leading key customer engagements, delivering value-driven CX and CRM architectures, and driving successful outcomes in large-scale business solution projects across EMEA.
As a Senior Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of complex, integrated solutions tailored to customer needs. You will collaborate across presales, product, and consulting teams, manage relationships with C-level stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution of major transformation projects. The role requires advanced technical acumen, strong business insight, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and lead end-to-end solution architectures across CX and CRM domains
Guide presales initiatives aligned with customer business strategies
Manage multiple complex engagements, ensuring cohesive and scalable solution delivery
Act as a trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders
Collaborate across internal teams globally to optimize solution deployment
Represent SAP at board-sponsored projects and executive briefings
Requirements:
Proven leadership in presales and solution architecture roles
Deep expertise in CX & CRM platforms and integration strategies
Strong interpersonal and executive communication skills
Demonstrated experience in managing large, cross-functional solution deployments
Familiarity with SAP ecosystems and stakeholder networks
Relevant certifications in CX/CRM technologies (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced certifications in CX and CRM systems
Experience in strategic consulting or board-level program delivery
