Senior Supplier Relationship Manager

Description:

Our client is a rapidly growing technology major who are pivotal in enabling Net Zero by 2050 and making Britain greener, with the implementation of their smart metering system. They are looking to welcome a Supplier Relationship Manager to their team, this role will play a critical role in driving initiatives and identifying value-add opportunities with suppliers.

The successful candidate will be an experienced and dynamic individual who possesses a strong passion for achieving excellence and driving continuous improvement in supplier relationship management. They will lead the delivery of strategic initiatives across value add, risk and performance.

What the role involves:

• Own the relationship with strategic suppliers with contract value up to £100m.
• Responsible for supplier governance and communication.
• Manage complex stakeholder environment.
• Organise Major strategic events between the company and suppliers.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the suppliers business performance and market trends.
