Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

The Trust is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to bring a number of posts immediately to meet the needs of the new BCFT structure.

You will be leading on the development and the stabilising of the approach and delivery to social worker recruitment. You will work with external partner to develop the micro-site and channels to market. You will be able to produce innovate attractive approaches and codified these into a sustainable delivery model.

You will need:

• Graduate of CIPD or relevant equivalent qualifications or equivalent skill level
• Membership of CIPD or other professional HR/Public sector body is desirable.
• Evidence of experience of recruitment and workforce planning at strategic level
• Evidence of generalist HR experience particularly across, talent attraction, branding and employee experience.
• Evidence of continuous service improvement and focus on operational and efficiency and effectiveness
