Description:
A global leader in its field is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to support the Head of Tax in tax compliance, reporting, and advisory work during a crucial period leading up to the March year-end. The company operates in over 60 countries with 4,500+ employees, working with some of the largest and most exciting global brands.
Key Responsibilities:

Pillar Two Reporting Preparation:
- Work with CBCR data to analyze safe harbors
- Identify work that can be handled in-house vs. outsourced to advisors
- Conduct necessary in-house reporting tasks

Tax Reporting & Provisioning:
- Support the Senior Tax Accountant (STA) in compiling the group’s tax reporting & provisioning analysis
- Review regional tax data from APAC and LATAM tax managers
- Integrate US corporate tax (CT) analysis into group financials
- Perform purchase price accounting (PPA) calculations for deferred tax analysis

Full Pillar Two Reporting Preparations:
- Identify and collaborate with external advisors on necessary technical adjustments

Ad Hoc Support:
- Assist with day-to-day compliance, governance, and advisory tasks
- Support the Head of Tax with project delivery and team management as required
Required Proficiencies/Experience:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Extensive experience at manager/senior manager level in tax reporting and compliance
- Strong technical tax knowledge (Pillar Two, CBCR, deferred tax, purchase price accounting)
- Proficiency in handling international tax matters across multiple regions
- Ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines
Salary/Benefits:
- £500 - £800 per day (depending on experience)
- Long-term temporary contract – minimum 9 months
