Senior Technical Analyst

Description:

In this role, you will have the technical ability to participate and/or oversee a variety of analytical and technical assignments that provide problem diagnosis and solutions for documentation, implementation, administration, support, and maintenance of a variety of hardware and software products in an information technology infrastructure environment.

Other responsibilities include:

• Direct research on potential technology solutions
• Providing support, monitoring and maintenance of UK Data Centre and other EMEA site infrastructure and services for remote associates.
• Develop operational, installation, configuration and upgrade documentation for computer and networking related systems
• Work within strict time frames and elevate incidents within defined timeframes.

Experience or Qualifications –

• Technical related Degree or relevant experience proven in a previous role
• Knowledge of or experience in IT Service desk software packages
• Strongly task driven and being able to manage workload
• Solid technical skills working with MS Technologies
