They are currently seeking a driven and analytical SEO Specialist to join their growing global team and support marketing initiatives across North America, Europe, and Australia. This remote role is part of the central marketing function and reports to the SEO Manager. The specialist will work closely with content marketers and vertical-specific marketing teams to execute and optimize SEO strategies focused on organic growth and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute day-to-day SEO operations and support global projects.

• Apply current SEO trends and optimization tactics to maximize performance.

• Conduct technical SEO audits and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Manage SEO tools for data-driven insights and campaign reporting.

• Develop and deliver SEO reports tailored to various stakeholders.

• Perform in-depth keyword research and create effective content briefs.

• Implement off-site SEO strategies and lead link-building/outreach campaigns.

• Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and content creators.

• Support B2B SEO efforts and multilingual/international SEO (if experienced).

• Explore and integrate AI-driven tools like ChatGPT, Bard, and SGE to enhance SEO performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of hands-on SEO experience.

• Expertise in SEO tools, trends, keyword research, and reporting.

• Strong understanding of both technical and content-based SEO strategies.

• Ability to clearly communicate SEO insights and recommendations.

• Comfortable with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Experience in B2B environments is a plus.

• Enthusiasm for digital marketing and AI innovations in SEO.

• Previous exposure to multilingual and international SEO is advantageous.
