Service Delivery Coordinator

 

Description:

Bromford is seeking a proactive and organised Service Delivery Coordinator to support and innovate within their team. As a key member of the team, you’ll manage daily tasks, events, and provide administrative support to ensure the success of the team. Your responsibilities will include coordinating communication, delivering services, and supporting customer solutions, all while anticipating needs before they arise. This is a roaming position with potential to be based in any of Bromford’s workspaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to teams, including diary management and notetaking at key meetings.

  • Deliver services that meet user needs and support customer solutions.

  • Maintain a highly efficient and organised work environment.

  • Proactively drive innovation to improve services.

  • Manage and coordinate tasks and projects.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in fact-finding and delivering information to teams.

  • Strong administrative skills including diary management and notetaking.

  • Proven ability to manage workloads and drive improvements.

  • Experience supporting customer solutions and service delivery.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.

  • Strong numeracy and writing skills.

Qualifications/Education:

  • Experience in the housing sector is desirable but not essential.

  • Flexibility towards time and travel.

Team:
This role involves supporting and coordinating within a team environment.

Travel Requirements:
This is a roaming position, requiring flexibility to travel to Lichfield, Wolverhampton, Tewkesbury, or Chipping Sodbury workspaces.

Languages:
English (spoken and written).
