Service Desk Staff

As our business is growing we have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join our office to support our Multi company Service desk. The successful candidate will be joining a fast-paced motivated team located in Strood, but working with team members based in other offices as well as ours.

Skills required-

  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Well-organised with the ability to prioritize and manage several key tasks at one time
  • Attention to detail
  • A flexible approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent telephone manner and good communication skills
  • Previous office experience in a service based industry would be beneficial

Main responsibilities:

  • Answering phone and email queries
  • Scheduling visits with clients
  • Ensuring customer info is up to date on our in-house database system, issuing and chasing site renewal contracts
  • Ensuring engineer paperwork is up to date.
  • Issuing and accepting new customer/new supplier forms. Adding new supplier and customer info onto our in-house database system. Ensuring all accreditations are up to date.
  • Scanning and filing paperwork, data entry.
  • Assisting the service desk team with other admin duties.
