Service Desk Technician

 

Description:

Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, the successful candidate will have experience of working in a technical support environment, exhibiting an appropriate breadth and depth of technical knowledge. You will have good verbal and written communication skills, being able to converse with technical and non-technical individuals. Alongside these key skills, we are looking for a positive, supportive and a flexible team player.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • Experience in a customer facing environment
  • Experience of working effectively with a range of different stakeholders, internally and externally
  • Some experience of providing application support across Windows and/or Mac OS platforms
  • Some experience administering an ITSM tool
  • Some Audio Visual experience
  • Aware of common cyber threats
  • Awareness of ITIL Service Management framework principles and processes
