Service Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced Lift engineer to join our residency team, covering our the Canary Wharf portfolio.

Your priority is to ensure the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by safely maintaining a portfolio of lifts and elevators.

On a typical day you will:
 

• Carry out breakdown and repair work on all equipment across site within the lift and elevator portfolio to achieve continual operation
• Work within the Canary Wharf area of London.
• Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming to achieve first time fix
• Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship
   

What You Will Need To Be Successful
 

• You will be qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering with significant experience in service and maintenance of escalators
• You must be an experienced escalator engineer with in-depth knowledge of a variety of different brands of equipment
• Hold a valid UK drivers license
• Flexibility is important and overtime maybe required
• You have good skills in mechanical and electrical engineering
• You are a committed professional, with safety as your priority
• You are comfortable communicating to others
• You are curious, adaptable, and you know how to work alone or in a team
• You are comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
