Description:
Is responsible for the delivery of User Stories in Service now, including build , unit test, migration plans Develops New features as required across a range of different Service Now Application areas (eg : CSM, ITSM, ITBM , GRC)
- Build and maintain service catalogues
- Build and maintain workflows
- Creates New and Enhances existing User Portals
- Manages and resolves incidents against ServiceNow applications
- Oversee a range of admin functions including :o
UI and workflow configurationo report developmento workflow designer
- Experience of client side and ServerSide Scripting, business rules, script actions
- Preferable experience in integration components, ie LDAP, SSO, Rest API
- Experienced at project-based work
- Java Script experience preferable
