Description:
CMS, a globally recognized law firm with over 80 offices in 45+ countries and 5,800+ lawyers worldwide, is seeking a Service Transformation Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is an integral part of the Service Transformation team, focusing on process improvement, system enhancement, and overall operational efficiency within the firm’s Finance & Accounting workstreams.
The Service Transformation Analyst will collaborate across multiple departments to implement and manage business process changes, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and operational best practices. The position demands strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions during organizational change initiatives.
Implement business process and system improvements, particularly within Finance & Accounting functions.
Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory standards including VAT and SRA compliance.
Support the Finance Operations team to achieve operational excellence, efficiency, and best practices.
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation such as process maps, manuals, and training guides.
Conduct detailed data analysis to support decision-making and track project progress.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and coordinate between business users, support functions, and third parties.
Deliver or assist in conducting training sessions for business users and support teams.
Engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, providing analytical insights and maintaining timelines.
Perform any other duties as required by the Service Transformation Manager or Finance Operations management team.
Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Proficiency in analytical problem-solving and data interpretation.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to adhere to project methodologies and meet strict deadlines.
