Description:
What You’ll Do
As the ServiceNow Administrator, you’ll manage the platform’s day-to-day performance and long-term value. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and ensure the system supports business needs. Your work will include technical support, system testing, and writing user stories to guide development.
You’ll also lead on UAT (User Acceptance Testing), develop dashboards and reports, monitor SLAs, and analyze trends to support continuous improvement. Whether managing small projects, supporting audits, or contributing to business analysis, you’ll play a key role in driving ServiceNow success across the organization.
What You’ll Bring
You’ll have solid hands-on experience with ServiceNow—ideally from a development background—and be ready to take on more responsibility. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage your time independently are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and a working knowledge of databases will also be important.
