Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect responsible for analysing and translating business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints. This role will propose solutions to achieve complex business objectives while ensuring best practices in technical governance, platform implementation, and user adoption. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and implementations across global, multi-product projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead the technical governance process and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
- Perform ServiceNow configuration and customization, including UI enhancements, workflow automation, integrations, and scripting.
- Develop and document technical solutions while ensuring alignment with ACE (Architectural Center of Excellence) standards.
- Research and recommend new ServiceNow functionalities that drive value for customers.
- Provide technical evaluation of strategic and operational demands, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow capabilities.
- Lead solution demonstrations, articulate technical solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Guide and mentor teams on IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM) within the ServiceNow platform.
- Work on ServiceNow upgrades, system improvements, and deployment strategies.
- Provide post-sales guidance, technical consultations, and best-practice recommendations to customers.
- Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, administration, configuration, and development.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
- Expertise in JavaScript, AngularJS, Python, HTML, XML, and CSS.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, workflows, business rules, ACLs, UI actions, and policies.
- Experience in ServiceNow Web Services Integration (REST, SOAP).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide technical teams.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or similar certification preferred.
- Understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex business challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
