Ideal hire will be responsible for configuring and developing solutions to fulfil requirements from our global business services partners. You will work closely with departmental owners to understand business requirements and translate into technology solutions, ensuring customer expectations are met in a timely manner and aligned with technology standards. Other responsibilities include designing, developing, deploying, installing, configuring and maintaining standard, sustainable solutions on the ServiceNow platform with regards to discipline and software.
