They are currently seeking a SharePoint Administrator to join their digital and IT team based in Bristol. The role offers the opportunity to design, build, and maintain modern, smart, and user-friendly SharePoint Online solutions that enhance collaboration and business efficiency across the organization.

As part of a small, collaborative team within the Tetra Tech corporate IT structure, the SharePoint Administrator will work on a variety of technical and strategic initiatives, integrating SharePoint Online with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools to deliver intelligent, automated solutions for diverse business needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and configure SharePoint Online sites using standard and custom web parts, PnP PowerShell, and modern templates.

  • Leverage the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to build workflows, automate business processes, and create user-friendly dashboards.

  • Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook to deliver a seamless digital workspace.

  • Administer and maintain SharePoint security, governance, and permissions structures to ensure compliance and optimal performance.

  • Provide user support, technical documentation, and training, promoting effective adoption of SharePoint tools.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, project managers, and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

  • Ensure systems comply with organizational and accessibility standards while promoting inclusive design principles.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in developing and administering SharePoint Online business solutions.

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and related web development standards.

  • Knowledge of PnP PowerShell and general PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.

  • Strong understanding of SharePoint governance, security, and compliance best practices.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.


Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and Azure Active Directory.

  • Experience with version control using Git and Azure DevOps.

  • Experience in SharePoint migrations (on-premise to Online or tenant-to-tenant).

  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative development practices.
