Our Client, a leading international shipping organization is expanding its merchant fleet. They are looking for an ambitious and proactive Technical Superintendent, who would like to move up the ladder and become a full-fledged Ships Manager

The chosen candidate will report directly to the Head of Fleet in the group based near the Southampton area.

In this role, you will be fully involved in the Implementation & monitoring of vessel maintenance program and safety. You would also monitor vessel performance & provide all technical support.

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you need to meet the following criteria.

• Seagoing experience as a Chief Engineer on board merchant vessels
• Proven track record as a Technical/Vessel Superintendent
• Good mentoring, analytical, and leadership skills
