A market-leading FMCG company, recognized for its iconic biscuit brands and strong presence in the UK market, is seeking a Shopper Marketing Manager for a 3–6 month fixed-term contract. This newly created position supports the company’s investment in brand-building and category growth. It offers a unique opportunity to work with high-profile retail and brand partners and make an immediate impact through strategic shopper campaigns.
The Shopper Marketing Manager will take the lead on delivering integrated 360° campaigns across digital, in-store, and e-commerce platforms. Collaborating closely with brand, category, and agency teams, the successful candidate will translate marketing strategies into impactful shopper-focused activations while managing budgets and ensuring alignment with both brand and customer objectives. This role will also play a crucial part in new product development initiatives in the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute shopper marketing campaigns across all relevant platforms
Collaborate with internal and external teams to align brand plans with shopper strategies
Manage campaign budgets and monitor ROI
Contribute to new product development launches and relaunch strategies
Track and evaluate campaign performance, delivering actionable insights for optimization
Key Skills and Requirements:
3–5 years’ experience in a shopper marketing role within the FMCG sector
Demonstrated success in creating and executing impactful shopper marketing campaigns
Strong commercial acumen and ability to use data-driven insights
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with NIQ/Circana data is an advantage
