A market-leading FMCG company, recognized for its iconic biscuit brands and strong presence in the UK market, is seeking a Shopper Marketing Manager for a 3–6 month fixed-term contract. This newly created position supports the company’s investment in brand-building and category growth. It offers a unique opportunity to work with high-profile retail and brand partners and make an immediate impact through strategic shopper campaigns.

The Shopper Marketing Manager will take the lead on delivering integrated 360° campaigns across digital, in-store, and e-commerce platforms. Collaborating closely with brand, category, and agency teams, the successful candidate will translate marketing strategies into impactful shopper-focused activations while managing budgets and ensuring alignment with both brand and customer objectives. This role will also play a crucial part in new product development initiatives in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute shopper marketing campaigns across all relevant platforms

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to align brand plans with shopper strategies

  • Manage campaign budgets and monitor ROI

  • Contribute to new product development launches and relaunch strategies

  • Track and evaluate campaign performance, delivering actionable insights for optimization

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a shopper marketing role within the FMCG sector

  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing impactful shopper marketing campaigns

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to use data-driven insights

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with NIQ/Circana data is an advantage
