The Role
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a polished and proactive Showroom Coordinator to play a pivotal role within the London showroom team. The role combines front-of-house responsibility, customer experience, showroom operations, and administrative support, making it ideal for someone looking to build a career within interiors, luxury retail, or design-led businesses.
You will be a key point of contact within the showroom, ensuring that every visitor receives a polished, professional, and engaging experience. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the space, contribute to events and activations, and help uphold the brand’s service standards, visual identity, and commercial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming and informed showroom experience, tailoring interactions to both professional and private clients.
- Build strong product knowledge to confidently discuss specifications, finishes, applications, and availability.
- Maintain exceptional showroom standards, ensuring the space remains visually aligned with the brand at all times.
- Coordinate showroom resources, including samples, literature, and client-facing materials.
- Support the execution of events, launches, and presentations, assisting with planning, setup, and guest experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Follow up with clients and contacts after visits to support relationship-building and ongoing engagement.
- Represent the brand professionally, acting as an ambassador across all client and industry interactions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and client experience, contributing ideas and improvements where appropriate.
What the client would like to see (essential)
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a design-led, lifestyle, furniture, interiors, homewares, fashion, built environment or premium brand environment (ideally B2B).
- A strong interest in interiors, design, or the creative industries, with an appreciation for quality, aesthetics, and brand storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
- A professional, polished, and service-oriented approach, with a clear focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced showroom or studio setting.
- High levels of attention to detail and a proactive mindset when it comes to presentation, processes, and follow-through.
- Comfortable using day-to-day business systems, including Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools.
