Your Role in this Medical Team:
As a key member of our Medical Team, you will contribute to the execution of our Medical strategy by providing deep medical expertise and ensuring that the needs of patients and healthcare professionals are at the forefront of decision-making.
What You'll Be Doing:
Internal Engagement:
- Provide profound medical expertise to support Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Disease Awareness, and Communications teams.
- Contribute medical insights to the annual strategic planning process.
- Take ownership of your personal development in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
External Engagement:
- Establish and maintain external scientific dialogue with learned societies and key experts.
- Attend scientific congresses to update and maintain expertise, ensuring continuous learning.
- Lead medical advisory boards and support the engagement of external patient groups.
Deliver Medical Tactics:
- Provide deep medical expertise to support the delivery of medical affairs plans.
- Respond to escalated medical information enquiries with precision and within specified timelines.
- Lead national medical educational meetings and symposia.
Medical Governance:
- Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials in compliance with Codes & Regulations.
- Support the development of product Core Claims Document.
- Participate in the Medical Affairs internal audit and monitoring plan activities.
Person Specification:
- UK Registered Doctor or Pharmacist.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience essential.
- Expert knowledge in one or more therapy areas, preferably women's or men's health.
- Proven experience in Medical Affairs desirable; Final Medical Signatory experience highly desirable but not essential.
