Precision For Medicine is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director, Site Contract Management to lead and oversee the global site contracting function. This is a fully remote opportunity, with flexible location options across the UK and select European countries. The Director will be responsible for ensuring the success of site budget and contract negotiations on a global scale, driving excellence in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and tracking of various legal agreements including confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, ancillary agreements, and amendment agreements.

The role involves collaborating closely with clinical operations, legal, and finance teams to resolve sponsor contract issues, ensuring alignment of deliverables with defined study timelines, and contributing to corporate strategic initiatives such as Precision Site Network and Rapid Start-up.

Key responsibilities include establishing global processes and procedures for contract management, overseeing execution of agreements across portfolios, managing and reporting contract metrics, ensuring compliance with company policies and contracting standards, and representing the organization as a subject matter expert in internal and client meetings.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of clinical trial agreements, and proven experience in strategy, planning, and execution to enhance quality, productivity, and client service delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ideally in a scientific or healthcare discipline.

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in clinical trial agreements, site budgets, and contract management.

  • Strong background in North American/European institutional interactions.

  • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives for quality and productivity improvement.

  • Preferred experience in contract research, life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in MS Office and site budget planning tools.

  • High degree of professionalism, independence, and leadership ability.

  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
