Description:
Capsticks LLP, a leading provider of legal services across the health, social care, housing, and emergency services sectors, is looking for a Site Lead. In this role, you will ensure that the team provides exceptional service to colleagues and clients while meeting high standards. You will work closely with the Central Services Manager to develop and implement a service development plan and training program.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision: Lead and supervise the on-site Central Services team, providing regular feedback on performance.
- Training & Development: Implement and maintain training programs to ensure staff are well-trained and follow policies.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a high level of health and safety within the Central Services areas and support health and safety targets.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring colleagues and clients are satisfied with all interactions.
- Team Motivation: Foster a culture of trust, respect, and motivation within the team while ensuring productivity and efficiency.
- Shift Management: Manage shift patterns, scheduling, and coverage, including handling absences.
- Workflow Management: Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to financial and budgetary processes.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with Capsticks standards, including participation in audits and assessments.
- Supplier Relationships: Manage first-level supplier relationships and ensure services are delivered efficiently.
- Recruitment and Induction: Participate in the recruitment process and oversee the induction and development of Central Services staff.
Skill Set:
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF software.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, solution-oriented approach, highly organized.
- Health and Safety Knowledge: Experience in managing health and safety processes.
- Leadership Skills: Prior leadership experience is desirable.
- Other Qualities: Ability to work under tight deadlines, proactive, approachable, and enthusiastic.
