Key Responsibilities:
- Labour and Subcontractor Management: Oversee direct labour and subcontractors, ensuring efficient coordination and productivity.
- Site Operations: Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring operations align with project goals and timelines.
- Documentation: Maintain an accurate site diary to track progress and key events.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for clients, maintaining effective communication and addressing concerns.
- Site Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Project Delivery: Ensure works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in civil works within the water sector (clean water or wastewater) in a site management or supervisory role.
- Certifications:
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- First Aid certification
- Skills: Strong time management, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
- License: Full UK driving licence.
