The ideal match for this position would be an operations manager, from a heavy engineering, aggregate, quarrying, mining or similar background, looking to utilise their skills & experience in a technically diverse & rewarding role.

The company themselves are a market leader within the heavy engineering sector and are recognised as the best in practice in one of the UK’s fastest growing & sustainable industries. Due to continued growth, they are currently looking for a Site Operations Manager to spearhead an ambitious investment & development plan across one of their most profitable sites.

In this position you will have full autonomy to drive continuous improvements across one the company’s flagship facilities, with a strong focus on production & engineering, with some minor commercial responsibilities.
