Description:
SR Apprenticeships is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join their Apprenticeship Delivery team as a Skills Coach (Tutor/Assessor) for delivering L&D/HR up to level 5. Whether you're an experienced tutor or new to the education sector, SR Apprenticeships offers support and development to help you achieve your career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of learners, supporting them to achieve their apprenticeship and additional qualifications like CIPD through to Gateway and End Point Assessment
- Coach HR/L&D apprentices through workshops, coaching, and assessments via a virtual learning platform
- Establish positive relationships with clients and provide constructive feedback
- Prepare, agree, and review apprenticeship learning plans
- Track progress and ensure learners are on track for assessment
- Provide support for learners requiring Functional Skills maths and/or English at Level 2
- Address barriers to learning and provide tailored solutions for individual learners
- Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion within the apprenticeship process
- Assist in career planning and next steps for apprentices
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Assessor Award CAVA or TAQA Level 3, A1, D32/33, or equivalent
- Teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent) is desirable
- IQA qualification is desirable
- Level 5 CIPD qualification is essential
- Significant sector experience in HR/L&D
- A driving license and access to a car are essential
