• You’ll have a passion for marine life and conservation
• Ideally have experience with snorkelling and associated equipment (training also provided)
• An interest in gaining or already have a qualification in scuba diving is beneficial but not essential
• Health and Safety conscious
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• 18 years of age or above

The Aquarium Snorkel Experience Hosts core responsibility is the leading of cage snorkelling experiences in a purpose-built aquarium. This will include briefing and overseeing guest snorkel experiences in the Bear Grylls Adventure Ocean Tank and having the right attitude and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

You must ensure the customer is always at the forefront of your mind, be an enthusiastic team player and be able to work with other colleagues in a dynamic working environment.

You will also provide surface support for the Dive Instructors including site preparation, equipment care, like ensuring the appropriate storage and maintenance in accordance with manufacturers recommendations, local guidelines, and company policies.
