About Raw Power Management
Raw Power Management is a bespoke management company working with a roster of internationally successful artists across rock and alternative genres.
We're looking for a Social Media Assistant who lives and breathes social media, understands internet culture instinctively, and is excited by the challenge of helping shape engaging content strategies across multiple platforms, especially TikTok.
This is an opportunity for someone who doesn't just consume social media, they understand why things work, where culture is moving next, and how communities are built online.
The Role
As Social Media Assistant / Coordinator, you'll support the planning, creation, publishing, and optimisation of social content across a variety of channels and artists. You'll play an important role in identifying emerging trends, engaging audiences, supporting creative development, and ensuring content is delivered consistently and effectively.
You'll work closely with our digital team to help execute social strategies that drive engagement, relevance, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms
- Manage and maintain content calendars
- Monitor and engage with online communities and audiences
- Track, analyse, and report on social media performance
- Conduct trend, culture, and platform research
- Identify emerging conversations, formats, and opportunities for content creation
- Write engaging copy for a variety of social channels
- Support band and artist-focused creative and design processes
- Assist with campaign planning and content coordination
- Help ensure band voice and creative consistency across platforms
- Stay informed on platform updates, new features, and evolving social behaviours
What We're Looking For
Essential
- A native social media user with an instinctive understanding of online culture
- Demonstrable experience growing or managing successful personal or brand/band social channels
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to spot trends before they become mainstream
- A genuine passion for internet culture, music, entertainment, and social storytelling
- Comfortable working across all current and emerging platforms, especially TikTok.
We'd Love to See
- Experience using social media management and scheduling tools
- Basic understanding of social analytics and reporting
- Experience supporting content production or creative projects
- Knowledge of design workflows and creative asset management
- Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud apps
- An understanding of fan communities and audience development
- Passion for music
